If this problem occurs immediately after a software update, it may be caused by errors in the new graphics driver. Try using the previous driver and then see if the problem occurs. If not, you will have to wait for another driver update that fixes this bug.
- Type Device Manager into the search box and select it from the list of available results by simply clicking on the first result. You can also press the Windows + R key to bring up the Run dialog box, then type devmgmt.msc in the dialog box and click OK to run it.
- Expand the Display Adapters section, right-click on the graphics card, and select Remove Device.
- Confirm any dialog boxes or prompts asking you to confirm the removal of the current graphics device driver and wait for the process to complete.
- Search here https://www.amd.com/en/support for the graphics card driver, select the desired card and operating system information and click the Search button.
- A list of all available drivers should appear. Make sure you scroll down to the item you want, click on the name, and then click the Download button. Save it to your computer, open it and follow the on-screen instructions to install it.
