League of Legends is a very popular multiplayer online fighting arena game developed by Riot Games and available for both Windows and MacOS platforms. In this game, players control the champion and fight against the opponent’s team with the main objective of destroying their band. While it is a solid game, there are instances where there are some issues that we are going to discuss today. In this final installment of the series, we look at the problem of SFP’s fall in League of Legends.

Restart the computer before performing any of the recommended troubleshooting actions below. This action refreshes the operating system and removes the corrupted temporary data that could be causing the problem.

Several factors can cause this particular problem, ranging from an overlay problem to configuration errors. Below are the recommended troubleshooting steps to follow to resolve this issue.

Try adjusting the coverage of SPF.

This game has a setting that allows you to set the FPS ceiling. This problem can be solved by choosing a custom value.

  • Open League Legend
  • Go to a custom game and once inside, open the options by pressing Esc.
  • Select the Video tab on the left side of the screen and scroll down to find the Frame Rate Cap window.
  • Change parameter to 60 FPS.
  • After you save your changes, click the Set tab on the left side of the settings window. Look for motion protection in Gameplay and make sure it is unchecked.
  • Press OK to save the changes and exit.
  • Start the game again.

Deactivate overlaps

Overlay is a feature that allows you to access certain third-party software as you play. While this may improve the gambling experience, it is likely to be the cause of the problem.

If you are using Disson Overlay, try disabling it.

  • Start disk and open custom settings .
  • In the left navigation bar, select Overlay and deselect Enable Overlay.
  • Restart the computer.

Switch off gear

Overclocking is a process that forces a processor or graphics card to operate at a much higher speed, resulting in superior performance. The downside is that it usually produces more heat, and if you don’t have a good cooling system, you can have problems with your computer.

If you have overclocked the system, try to eliminate this possible cause of the problem by disabling overclocking.

Set maximum power.

Windows 10 has a power setting that allows you to work in balance mode or power save mode. When playing games like League of Legends, it’s always a good idea to make sure your computer is in high power mode.

  • Press Windows + R and type Control Panel in the box and press Enter.
  • In the Control Panel, select the Large icons and click Power Options.
  • From the Power Options menu, select Maximum Powere using the window on the right. Save and exit changes.
