In order to use the command you need to be using Discord in a server that has permitted your bot.

HOW DO I INSTALL THE SERVER STATS BOT ON MY DISCORD SERVER?
Adding a Server Stats bot is a straightforward process that takes just a few clicks to complete. The following are the steps to add the bot:
STEP 1: The first step is to visit the Server Stats Bot’s official website. You may either do a Google search for “Server Stats Bot” or go straight to their official website, which is https://serverstatsbot.com/.
STEP 2: On the previous page, click the blue “Invite the Bot” button. This will take you to Discord and prompt you for a username and password.
STEP 3: You will be asked for certain common permissions, including authorisation for access to your discord account, after signing in to Discord or if you are already signed in. To continue the procedure, choose ‘yes.’
STEP 4: You will then be routed to Server Stats’ website, where you will see the following notice confirming that the Server Stats Bot has been successfully uploaded.

The Server Stats bot has a total of 28 commands to offer (this number depends on the plan you choose). The commands of Server Stats are executed by attaching the prefix ‘s/’ before the command. HOW DO YOU GET RID OF THE SERVER STATS BOT ON YOUR SERVER?
There is just one method for removing the Server Stats bot from your server–:
- You can kick the Server Stats bot out of the server by right-clicking on the Server Stats bot icon in the right sidebar and selecting ‘Kick Server Stats.’
- Right-click on the Server Stats bot in the right sidebar and pick the ‘Ban Server Stats’ option from the menu if you wish to delete the Server Stats bot so that no one else may add it to the server.
HOW DO I GET THE SERVER STATS BOT TO WORK / WHY DOESN’T THE SERVER STATS BOT WORK?
It’s possible that the Server Stats Bot will have difficulties, such as not responding or being unavailable. This might be the result of a total discord server outage; if this is the case, check the discord status page.
You may also check the status of the Server Stats bot on its website – https://serverstatsbot.com/status – to see whether it is operational or if there is a partial or severe outage.
- The Server Stats Bot isn’t responding to any instructions — Check to see whether the Server Stats bot was successfully invited to your server. Check to see whether the Server Stats bot is shown in the Members list. This might be because the Server Stats bot lacks the necessary permissions. In order to read messages and reply accordingly, the Server Stats bot requires View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links capabilities in that channel.
- Whether the Server Stats bot isn’t present on the server, check to see if it was successfully added. It may not have the needed rights, which are View Channel, Send Messages, and Embed Links, if it has been added but does not appear in the members list. As a result, double-check that the Server Stats bot has enough permissions (This can be done in the Settings tab).
